Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting, and hiring qualified individuals for various positions within the organization. The Recruiter must also act as a liaison between managers and candidates, provide guidance on matters related to recruitment and selection, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
