Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a team of accountants. Key role will involve, finalisation of books of accounts, bank reconciliations, AR and AP reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Financial Statements. From a larger view point a manager will also be responsible in managing client relationships, developing customized strategies to meet client needs, providing solutions to improve business processes, and monitoring performance metrics. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in account management and project management
- Analytical skills and ability to provide expert guidance on business processes and decision-making
- Understanding of market trends and experience in developing customized solutions to meet client needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
