About the job
Artfills ( is a fast-growing Art -tech startup teaching Indian Artforms to students around the globe.
We are seeking a qualified Business Development (Sales) Associate to sell Artfills' products that our customers have grown to rely on.
- The Sales associate will utilize their skills to enagege high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals.
-The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
-The company is urgently hiring Experienced from all streams as Business Development Associates (BDA). Candidates should be fluent in spoken English, self-confident.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Sales strategies to beat targets and increase Sales.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform Sales strategy
Providing ongoing coaching and support to Business Development team members.
-The role will be either Inside Sales Working hours are 10 am - 7 pm.
- 6 Days Working ( Any weekday off)
Qualifications
Ideally you match the below profile:
- 1-4 yrs of Sales Experience
- Job Location Andheri East Mumbai
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
