We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Manager – Channel Sales. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively coordinate with Higher Education Academic leaders, K12 School leaders, and Business Owners working in the Education space.

Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners for achieving numbers.
• Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners
• Develop and implement a business strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives in the Education sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Higher Education Academic leaders, K12 School leaders, and Business Owners, acting as a trusted advisor and offering consultative solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Identify and target key decision-makers at the top-level management of Higher Education, especially deemed and private universities, and K12 institutions, to establish strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
• Drive customer acquisition and expansion through effective lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, including product development, marketing, and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, business performance reports, and market intelligence to senior management on a regular basis.
• Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery by managing customer relationships and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the Education sector.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams
• Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.
• Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development, particularly within the Higher Education and K12 Education sectors, offering consultative solutions.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a strong existing network of contacts at the top level of management in Higher Education, especially deemed and private universities, and K12 institutions.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics, with the ability to drive top-line growth, ensure business margins, and manage cash flow effectively.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Result-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong personal network within the industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management. A higher degree will be an added advantage.
• Handling Technology Education Solutions in Emerging Technologies would be an added advantage.
