Job Overview
Oprevolt, a leading employment agency in India, is seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative visual concepts and designs that align with our clients' brand image and objectives. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing varied design styles and projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other graphic design software
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing design concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for production
- Experience in UX/UI design and video editing is a plus
- A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for various mediums, ensuring they are in line with the clients' objectives
- Work collaboratively with clients, understanding their design requirements and translating them into creative solutions
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual elements, adhering to brand guidelines
- Produce high-quality graphic content for websites, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to continuously enhance design skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective designs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth
