Responsibilities
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to perform the following:
. Support End Users (Software): Act as the primary point of contact for end-users of marketing software. Provide timely and effective support to address their queries and issues.
. Case Management: Manage and track cases reported by end-users. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
. Follow the Case with Our Technical Team: Collaborate closely with the technical team to communicate issues and work together on solutions.
. Test Release: Participate in the testing and validation of software releases to ensure their functionality and quality.
. Defect Management with Our Technical Team: Document and manage defects, coordinating with the technical team for timely resolutions.
. Users Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of marketing software and maximize its potential.
. Data Quality: Ensure data quality by validating and maintaining accurate information within the marketing software.
. Sales Force Knowledge on how to create an opportunity in SFDC, Sales Pipelines and Service Contract Agreement understanding.
. Someone who has the strong knowledge of GE Healthcare with the understanding of Entitlement, Products, Segments and Modalities etc.
. Availability within EMEA Time Zone: Able to work within the European, Middle Eastern, and African (EMEA) time zone to facilitate communication and collaboration with global team members. (Till 5:30 PM CET).
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
. B.E (Comp.Sc)/M.C.A/M.Sc (Comp. Sc) or equivalent
Preferred qualifications / skills
. Bachelor of Engineering /Master of Computer science/Application
. Prior work experience of good years' desirable
. Prior experience of dealing with Sales Force and Healthcare Applications
. Good functional knowledge
. Good Project Management Skills
. Team Handling Capabilities
. Good interpersonal skills
. Good communication skills
. Excellent technical knowledge on Healthcare and SFDC Projects
. Familiarity with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and its integration with marketing processes.
. Proficiency in Excel for data handling, analysis, and reporting purposes.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and end-users.
. Previous experience in managing and working with medium to large-sized teams, understanding team dynamics and the ability to collaborate effectively.
. Experience in SFDC on how to find out leads, create an opportunity etc.
. Collaborate closely with the technical team to communicate issues, discuss possible solutions, and ensure timely fixes and updates.
. Person should know what Service Contract Agreement (New / Expired / Renewal) is.
. Should have strong concept in SFDC.
. Exposure to SDLC models
. Any MVP/MCSD Certified (Preferred)
