Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. This is a mid-level position based in Delhi, Delhi, India. The employment type for this role is remote.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resource Management
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR generalist activities
  • Proven ability in engagement management and employee relations
  • Proficient in HR operations, including payroll processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and proactively identify and fulfill talent needs
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Administer and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal processes
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Manage payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters
