Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. This is a mid-level position based in Delhi, Delhi, India. The employment type for this role is remote.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resource Management
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR generalist activities
- Proven ability in engagement management and employee relations
- Proficient in HR operations, including payroll processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and proactively identify and fulfill talent needs
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition
- Administer and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Oversee employee performance management and appraisal processes
- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Manage payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters
