Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakinada for an Admissions Manager. The Admissions Manager will be responsible for managing the admissions process for our training programs, including managing the admissions team and ensuring that the process is efficient and effective. The Admissions Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase enrollment and improve student retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing admissions processes for educational or training institutions
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing enrollment and retention strategies
• Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques for educational or training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the IT industry or knowledge of IT software training is a plus
