Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Continuity Consultant/Business Continuity Management( BCM ) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions in business continuity planning and crisis management to our diverse client base. This role is crucial in helping our clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from various business disruptions while minimizing impact and risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity plans and strategies in line with ISO 22301 standards or CBCI/CBCP guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide training and awareness sessions for clients on business continuity best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective crisis management and incident response protocols.
- Facilitate regular testing and exercises to ensure business continuity plans are effective and up-to-date.
- Offer guidance on continuous improvement of business continuity programs.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders using PowerPoint and Excel.
Qualifications:
1.3+ years of experience in Business Continuity Consulting/Business Continuity Management ( BCM ).
2. Demonstrable ability to communicate complex concepts effectively in business English, both verbally and in writing.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred
Certification in ISO 22301, CBCI, or CBCP.
