Job description

Hiring for a leading manufacturing company:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for meeting the business numbers for the given area.
  2. Maintain a healthy pipeline for the zone by generating specifications and qualified leads from MEP consultants, architects, key developers, hospitality chains and key Govt. departments on zonal basis.
  3. Coordinate with the category heads of respective product categories to ensure the translation of the leads into sales.
  4. Create strategies with the category and marketing team to introduce/broaden the new and existing products in the specifier segments.
  5. Participate in various exhibitions, fairs for awareness drives and lead generations.
  6. Make presentations in various seminars of industry and trade bodies.
  7. Provide inputs to the management on the evolving trends

KRA:

  1. Meeting the business targets of the given Territory.
  2. Ensure the product mix in the sales revenue
  3. Generate qualified leads as per the agreed targets
  4. Ensure specifications in various departments and institutions as per the targets.

Candidate Background:

  1. He should be preferably a qualified engineer/architect with Project sales/Government Sales experience of 5-10 years.
  2. He should have contact with key MEP consultants, architects, PMC’s, developers of the zone.
    Possess Good communication skills verbal and non -verbal.
  3. Pleasing personality
  4. Open to extensive travel (15 days /month)
