Facility Engineer responsible for Maintenance and Operation of all Building Facility and Utility Equipment's at Bangalore India manufacturing site.

Facility Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work, ensures factory uptime.

Implementing efficient Preventive & Predictive Maintenance system with all Facilities Equipment functions

Achieving OEE and MTTR and MTBF for all Facility Equipment's

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facility & Utility Equipment Maintenance Operations.

Meet KPI's and SLAs are consistently achieved for all facilities services at the site

Engage Facilities services vendors efficiently and work closely with Procurement on Procurement of Required spare Parts.

Coordination of remodeling and refurbishment initiatives

Maintenance of Dehumidifier for low RH Applications

Handling maintenance activities of chillers, AHU AC, Deep freezer, Driers & Air compressor, Office Equipment etc.

Handling Maintenance of Clean Room Interlocking Door, Speed Shutter Doors, Freight Elevators etc.

Monitoring and Control of Temperature, Humidity and Room Pressure, Clean Room Conditions as per ISO Class Standard Specifications.

Co Ordination & Execute on Facility Project activities as per Timelines.

Handling Operation and maintenance Circuit Breaker, VCB & ACB Circuit Breakers.

Planning of spare parts and consumables for Utility equipment's and its accessories.

Planning schedules and handling preventive & breakdown maintenance operations within timeline. Publishing MIS report for Various Maintenance / Facility Services

Nonnegotiable Approach Regulatory and site Compliance adherence as per Complicity Calendar.

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

Training Facility Team on Technical Functions of Utility equipment like Compressor, Chiller, HVAC, Electrical Installation.

Preventive, Predictive, TPM, Maintenance, OEE Procedures.

Continuous Improvements in Operation & Maintenance by Performance Optimization, Energy Savings.

Key Performance Indicators as depicted below

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Engineering (Electrical /Mechanical) 5-8 Years of Experience in Maintenance of Utilities & Facilities in large Manufacturing Industries.

Should be able to work in Rotational Shift Basis as per Company Policy.

Education and Experience (in years):

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering: Electrical / Mechanical

Experience: 5 -8 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industries in handling Electrical & Mechanical Utilities, Facilities, AMC for vendor Managements etc.

Others: Supervisory Electrical License, ISO 13485 standards.

Knowledge and skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to read & Draft AUTOCAD or As Built (AUTOCAD) drawings.

Must possess good communication skills and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Clear understanding of CMMS systems and maintenance labor leveling

24/7 Manufacturing plant Facility /Utility mainte nance experience a plus
