Job Overview

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML solutions for our clients. This role is a senior position, requiring 6 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong knowledge and experience in deploying AI models in production
- Proficiency in Python coding and libraries such as TensorFlow, Poarch, and scikit-learn
- Experience with NLP techniques and frameworks
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Databricks and Hive
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and ML models, algorithms, and technologies to address business problems
- Deploy AI models and integrate them into existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Optimize and fine-tune ML models for improved performance and accuracy
- Implement NLP pipelines for text and speech analysis
- Work with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and frameworks
