Job Purpose

Responsible for daily data entry, reporting, and stock maintenance in the yarn and dying industry. The primary purpose is to efficiently and accurately input and manage data within an organization's database or information system. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of data records, ensuring timely updates, and supporting various departments in accessing reliable information.

Job Duties

• Perform daily data entry for production and sales in Excel.
• Generate daily and end-of-month reports.
• Manage stock records, including physical and computer-based tracking.
• Coordinate with factory line members for accurate data collection.
• Finalize and submit reports in production & sales to support decision-making processes.
• Maintaining data integrity.
• Entering data into designated systems.
• Transferring data from various sources.
• Extract and compile data to create reports for analysis or presentations.
• Categorize and store data effectively for easy retrieval and future use.
• Adaptation of new technologies and software as needed.

Experience: 5 years of experience is required.

• Reporting will include coordination with sales associates and account officers.
• Candidates have to visit Surat, the main office, for meetings & report submission.
