The
Market Analyst will be based in
Hyderabad, India . In this professional position that supports strategic planning activities through market research and analysis.
- Collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data through primary and secondary research
- Assist in financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors
- Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports using data visualization software
Here Is a Glimpse Of What You'll Do - Follows the NX global customer market and competitive environment and organizes relevant information to enable regular updates to management
- Updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces
- Performs thorough analysis of key industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; current and potential competitors
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge and library of data sources and provides updates to the strategy team
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, market research, sales team interaction, data manipulation and financial analysis
- Competitor intelligence
Here Is Some Of What You'll Need (required)…- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA from a top tier college preferred
- 2-3 years of experience working in a renewable energy, manufacturing or technology company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize abstract ideas clearly and independently manage project objectives
- Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to project objectives
- Familiarity with various technologies including solar modules, trackers, inverters, and energy storage systems a plus
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, data visualization software such as PowerBI a plus
