The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our wellness offerings and drive business growth.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the wellness department in alignment with the overall brand objectives.
- Lead the digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that highlights our wellness products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and influencers in the wellness industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the wellness or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
