Associate Sales, Marketing, and Business Development And Intern
Open Vacancies : 2 for experienced person, 4 vacancies for an intern
Male / Female candidates both can apply
Educational Qualification : Diploma or Degree in the Mechanical field
Specialization in Metallurgy.
CGPA : 6.5 and above
Experience :Â 0-4 years of experience in relevant fields like Iron, steel,
Cement, metals, and mining-based companies.
CTC - 3 to 4.5 LAP for experienced persons and 2.5- 3 LPA for Intern
Probation period : 3-6 months
Facilities : TA/DA, PF, Insurance
Note : For Interns who perform well we will continue them in our organization permanently
JD:
1.      Developing and maintaining accurate knowledge of steel industries and Metallurgy,
2.      Identifying and establishing new customer relationships in India.
3.      Frequent national traveling.
4.      At least 0 to 2 years of experience in the steel-making area or foundry sales/marketing or any metallurgical background industry.
5.      Prepare Trial reports or MOM meetings with clients.
6.      Good knowledge & and expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.
7.      Draft mails & and reply to routine agenda.
 Responsibilities:
1.          Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate leads and convert them into customers.
2.          Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Utilize insights to develop effective marketing strategies and product positioning.
3.          Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers through various channels to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
4.          Promotional Activities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
5.          Travel-based Sales: As a travel-based role, you will be required to visit potential clients and attend industry-related events, trade shows, and conferences.
6.          Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, marketing activities, and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports to update the management on performance metrics.
7.          Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and collaborate on achieving common goals.
8.           Experience must in metallurgy, Metals, and Mining.
