Technical Support Engineer

KAIZEN365 is a networks solutions company is looking for a talent engineer as below:

2-3 years experience in networks field is a must (Extra is NOT an advantage)
Excellent knowledge in Helpdesk support.
Good knowledge in Switching & Routing with different venders such Cisco, HP, Juniper...
Good knowledge in Windows Servers , manage users via active directory and build security by group policy management.
Managing windows hyper V deployments.
Installation and configuration for firewalls.
NAS / storage installation and configuration .
Good knowledge in backup solutions.
Antivirus installation packages on server and clients
Creating access permissions on folders and printers using windows NTFS permissions.
Routers and access point's installations and management.
Handling technical issues for the client IT and operations departments.
Cloud Solutions (Azure & Office365) knowledge is Plus
CCNA & MCSA is Plus
