The Carrier Engineering Leadership Program is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential, early career engineers. Through three eight-month rotations across Carrier business units, the program gives participants exposure to Software Engineering functions

Excellent analytical and communication skills Preferred strong technical skills in any of the following: model-based development, software systems, embedded systems, power electronics, systems engineering and UI development.
