Job description

Consilium Recruit has been exclusively appointed recruitment partner to an innovative design consultancy who specialise in the clean energy sector. Due to the award of new programs, they have a new vacancy for a Program Lead to join their expanding team.


Location: Flexible 

Salary: Dependant on experience 

Suitable For: Program Manager, Program Lead, Project Manager, Programme Manager. The Role 

Responsible for coordinating and leading global, cross-functional project teams.
Act as point of contact to the customer for all areas of the business.
Responsible for implementation and communication of action plans, program issues and change control.
Work across multiple areas of the business to develop and execute the corporate strategy.
Keep abreast of all the programs within the Group, and actively investigate and support the improvement of planning and governance processes and tactics.
Liaise with commercial team to report and coordinate account management activities.
Manages project scope, risk, communication, and reporting activities from project inception through launch.
Lead internal operating system processes and procedures for project teams.
Ensure the group’s core strategies, processes and approach is followed through the development of all programs.
Manage & lead the growth of the program team and support development of the group’s capabilities.
To provide strategic leadership – product and process
Support new business opportunities through program leadership, preparation of planning and commercial documentation, client meetings and promotional activities where appropriate.

 

The Candidate

Relevant industry experience to support a leadership role.
To have an excellent understanding of engineering and process-oriented practices.
Direct experience of working within an NPI framework.
Proven track record in the effective delivery of project objectives to quality targets and milestones.
A degree or similar qualification in an engineering or management discipline.
Hold an industry recognised qualification (or actively working towards) in project management.
Familiar with delivering projects to APQP requirements.
Experience in compliance engineering with regulations and external standards.
Proven leadership skills. Outgoing, confident, and articulate.
