Job description
1. Sales Targeting : Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
2 Relationship Management : Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
3 . Team Management : Manages and guides a team of associates to ensure a consistent pipeline of warm leads.
4 . Coordination : Coordinates closely with Operations team to ensure effective execution of customer enquiries
5 . Data Management : Ensures high quality of data capture and accurately manages sales orders on real time basis
What are the key requirements skills
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Outbound Sales, preferably in International B2B markets
2. B2B sales experience is a huge plus
3. Demonstrated experience of generating strong revenue numbers in the respective organization
4. Team Management experience is a plus
5. Minimum Bachelor degree
6. The timings of the work will be night shift .
