FP&A Manager/Senior Manager for Bangalore location:
Budget- 40 LPA
Experience: 10+ years
Education: CA OR MBA Finance Tier 1/Tier2
Industry background: Retail/FMCG
Reporting to GM, Finance
The role is responsible for:
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
- Preparation of consolidated annual operating plan/budget
- Investigate and explain variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, identify key drivers of financial performance, and recommend corrective actions as necessary
- Monitor and analyse financial metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to optimize financial performance
- Partner with other departments to develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
- Engage extensively with Business Leadership to provide value-adding analytical insights on Performance.
