Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier IT professionals to fulfill bench sales requirements. The Bench Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet DivIHN's client needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for niche areas viz., ServiceNow, Salesforce, and CyberSecurity.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Program Delivery Manager to understand internal requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Screen candidates through phone interviews, assess their skills and experience and determine suitability for bench sales positions.
- Negotiate compensation and other terms of employment with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress, including candidate pipelines, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology, particularly in areas such as software development, ServiceNow, Salesforce, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud computing.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting candidates for bench sales positions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
