Role Description
TheSocma is seeking an HR Intern for an on-site role in Pune. The Human Resources intern will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
The candidate should have experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR management. They should also possess knowledge in HR policies and employee benefits, and skills in personnel management. Communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team. A course in Human Resources Management or a related field is required, and familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
