Job Summary
We are hiring HR Executive/ Manager for an IT company based in Noida.
Responsibilities And Duties - Responsible for end to end recruitment of all departments.
- Well versed with HR policies and activities
- New employees induction process.
- Compensations and benefit administration
- Monitoring and controlling of attendance, salary and leaves.
- Employees orientation, development and training.
- Updating and renewal of statutory compliances like PF, ESI
- Preparation of salary statements and pay slips.
- Performance appraisal process and identifying appropriate rewards.
- Providing annual hikes and performance based increments to employees.
- Exit formalities and relieving
- Maintain record (Soft copies as well as hard copies)
- Look after other day to day administrative job responsibilities
- All Admin responsibility like Birthday Party, events, vendor management etc.
Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications MBA in HR
1-6 Year
Female candidate preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
