Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Technical Content Writer who specializes in software / SaaS product content writing to join our innovative team. You will work with product, engineering and solutions team to find ways to better communicate product features using various channels such as user guides, knowledge base, content portal and video tutorials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with product specialists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and use cases.
• Prepare help docs and user guides to enhance the product user experience.
• Review the usage and feedback from customers and optimise the content strategy for product documentation.
