Responsibilities

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Implement & Support SAP PLM solutions for large multinational clients across various industries

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Subject matter expert in product development business process

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Implement specification management, Recipe development, Hand over to Manufacturing, Labelling solutions for process industries.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Implement interfaces from PLM to SAP & non SAP solutions

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical team for implementation.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Project planning and implementation of solution for customer productive environments

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide workaround and functional implementation guidance

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Analyze the business needs of our clients to define process, functional and data element requirements.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Consult clients and provide guidance for best-in-class solution

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop and manage testing activities for PLM business processes

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Identify and document best practices of completed projects

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage project schedules, change control and change requests

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage a team and design and implement skill upgrade programs for the team.

Requirement

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 3 + years in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Expert in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of SAP EPD (collaboration) & BTP services is additional advantage

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent oral and written English communication skills are a must. German language is a plus.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong interest and aptitude in technology

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong analytical, process-oriented skills and ability to work in a large, multi-cultural and global environment.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to work across multiple international time zones with offshore teams as needed

Qualifications

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bachelor of Engineering Degree, with specialization in Computer Science or Information Technology, Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering. MSc in Food science, Chemistry/or related discipline is required.
