Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager at our Experience Center in Andheri West, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales by engaging with customers and understanding their requirements. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate closely with the design team to offer insights and expertise on interior design concepts. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company values and commitment to excellence in customer service. Skills Required: Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Understanding of interior design principles will be an added advantage. Experience in B2C or high engagement & consultative sales roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Additional Information: The average ticket size for our sales in Mumbai is 15 Lacs & above, providing an exciting opportunity for lucrative incentives.
