Field Sales Manager – India North

Location: New Delhi

Job Description

·Develop, Penetrate and maintain a good relationship with existing and key customers

·Implement a sales strategy to generate revenue growth through new designwins

·Develop, be proactive and implement sales strategies for penetrating newaccounts

·Attend to sales enquiries, presentations, negotiations, and preparation of salesreports

·Monthly visit to Key accounts amust

·Manage monthly forecast and prepare weeklyreports

·Interpret customers’ requirements and liaise with FAE team to drive designswins

·Create and maintain up-to-date customerprofiles

·Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by mail, telephone and personalvisits

·Periodically review sales targets and KPIs set by the company with reportingManager

·Ensure all qualified customer queries are fulfilled, delivered on time and meetsexpectation.

·Manage and support distribution channels to meet targets, also periodically conduct business review andreport

·Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant commercialinformation

·Carry out market research and monitor competitorproducts

·Conduct periodical training to distributor Salesteam

·Attend training andexhibitions

Requirements:

·Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in selling Semiconductor components, preferably in PowerProducts.

·Bachelor in Electronics Engineering (B.E in Electronics & Electrical) OR B.E (Electronics) with MBA in Marketing preferred.
