Job Title: Senior Data Scientist NLP
Location: Bangalore Experience: 4 - 8 years Employment Type: Full Time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior NLP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining NLP algorithms and models. As a Senior NLP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our products' language understanding capabilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art NLP algorithms and models to improve language understanding in our products. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and data scientists, to integrate NLP solutions into existing and new applications. 3. Conduct thorough analysis of large datasets to train and fine-tune NLP models, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy. 4. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning, and actively contribute to keeping our technology stack up-to-date. 5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the NLP team. 6. Work closely with product managers to understand and translate business requirements into effective NLP solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning, with a focus on developing and implementing NLP algorithms. 3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. 4. Solid understanding of linguistic concepts and natural language processing techniques. 5. Experience with popular NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
