Position: Experienced Non-IT Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Indore, India Work Hours: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am IST Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent for non-IT positions within the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and requirements. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to clients for consideration. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter in the non-IT sector, preferably within the life sciences industry. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
