Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Manager in Pune. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• B2B sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiating and closing skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Knowledge of VoIP services and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the VOIP or any telecom industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
