HCL CDP Developer
Experience 5 years+ CDP implementation experience in a CDP Developer role. 10 years+ IT industry experience. Job Description With experience in CDP technologies (5+ years), the successful candidate will take responsibility for leading database configuration aspects of HCL CDP implementations. Responsibilities will include: Leading data related technical workshops with customers Assisting customers in understanding all data related aspects of the CDP solution Assisting customers to make decisions on key data topics pertaining to the deployment of HCL CDP Providing knowledge transfer on data related aspects of HCL CDP to customer developers Mentoring more junior team members The candidate may also be involved in: Customizing database features e.g. Data structures Data cleansing Data transformation Identity unification Customizing data structures and processes as per customer requirements Support the Design, Build and Test phases of the implementation project Data Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable data architectures for the Customer Data Platform. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design solutions that align with business goals. Data Processing and Integration: Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to efficiently move and transform data from various sources to the CDP. Integrate external data sources and APIs to enrich and enhance customer data within the platform. Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer data. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices. Performance Optimization: Optimize data processing workflows and queries to achieve high performance and low latency. Identify and address bottlenecks in the data pipeline to ensure optimal system efficiency. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive customer information. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other teams to understand their data needs and provide support for analytics and reporting. Work closely with software engineers to integrate data engineering solutions into the overall product architecture. Travel: 15% +/- travel required Location: India based: Mumbai or willing to relocate to MumbaiJob tags
