Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring legal compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures for a team of remote employees. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and legal compliance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Experience with remote teams and digital communication tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plusJob tags
