Job description

Responsibilities

Financial & Audit of Accounts:

  • Monthly closure of accounts and period closing activities
  • Scrutiny of GLs, Vendors and Receivables – Assist team in improving BU Score Card
  • Independently review books of accounts from Hygiene prospective and flashing MIS to respective stake holders of cross functions and assist in improving system process
  • Ensure half year & annual standalone and consolidation of books of accounts
  • Interaction with Statutory auditors for Audit closure on quarterly/annually basis with support of shared services team (R2R team)
  • Closure of all audit issues with internal departments
  • Ensure that Internal audit is done and all issues are actioned upon
  • Evaluate mergers and amalgamations proposal

Compliances

  • Compliances with all laws - Co's Act, IT Act, GST, RERA etc.
  • Review and Compliance with relevant accounting standards, INDAS

Others/Routine Tasks

  • Provide business support to business as per requirement
  • Support to other team members in day to day operational issues
  • Setting up of internal control system of the organization and IFC for financial reporting
  • Tax planning and tax optimization, support for filing tax returns and assessments
  • MUST have hands on experience of SAP and related ERP

Qualifications

  • CA with 5 years of experience
  • Work experience in Real Estate industry will be added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel and should have worked on SAP
  • Sound accounting background, knowledge of Direct / Indirect Tax
