Job Role: Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for an 1.5- 3 years' experience Accountant to
manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable
expenses to bank deposits and budgets for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing and recording of all accounting transactions including
cash management in a manufacturing entity
Computation of taxes and Handling monthly GST Returns,
quarterly TDS Returns and annual closings
Computation and payments of PF, ESI and PT
Good knowledge in TDS Rectifications and well versed with
Commercial taxes and dealing appeals and pending notices with
Dept.
Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
Documentation and preservation of files
Ensuring timely Cash/Bank payments and reconciliation
Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Reporting of budget deviations of each project
Reporting on the company's financial health and liquidity
Reporting necessary reports to management (e.g: sending Daily
Cash reports and daily activity report)
Submission of monthly stock statements and quarterly stock
reports to banker (for OCC)
Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conduct database
backups when necessary
Comply with financial & Statutory policies, compliance and
regulations
Company related all the accounts should be handled.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures,
including GST and TDS
Hands-on experience with accounting software – Tally ERP9
M S Office including Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookup
and logical conditions
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Good Drafting and communication skills
Qualification:
MBA/ M.Com/B.Com in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Additional certification ('CA-IPCC' or 'CMA-Inter' are preferable)
