Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Role Overview: As the HR Manager at Aevy TV, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development. You will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and values. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional who is passionate about people and culture to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment and hiring process for all positions within the organization, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Implement best practices for employee onboarding, orientation, and training to facilitate smooth transitions and promote employee engagement and retention. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentive bonuses. Conduct regular reviews of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred. Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in relation to recruitment and hiring practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
