As an SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist, you will be part of the Global Center Team providing support for our HR community. This team is mainly focused on user guidance, acting as a first line of support for process and technical related issues.
Through your expertise and contribution, you will empower our users to maximize the potential of SAP SuccessFactors
Responsibilities:
Acting as a first point of contact for technical related issues in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruitment modules)
Verifying and entering data into SuccessFactors
Provide guidance to end-users on reporting, integrations, and other process related issues in SAP SF
Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of SAP SF
Dispatch complex technical issues to relevant teams, ensuring timely resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and workflows
Update and improve the global work instructions to ensure proper documentation in place
Requirements:
Communicates well in English
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice within a global organization
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong customer service orientation to provide clear guidance
Well organized to prioritize critical issues
Ability to work effectively with other cross-functional teams
Previous experience in user training is a plus
Knows MS Office (365) well
Knows and has experience with HR Ticketing tolls , ServiceNow (as an asset)
