Position Overview:
As an Operations Intern for ShortTerm Stays you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the
backend processes that support the daytoday operations of our coliving spaces. This role requires a
combination of technical expertise problemsolving skills and a keen eye for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Booking System Management:
Oversee and maintain the backend systems related to shortterm stay bookings.
Ensure accurate and realtime updates of availability pricing and reservations.
Integration and Automation:
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate and streamline backend processes.
Identify opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data related to shortterm stays to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate reports and insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits of backend processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with the customer support team to address backendrelated customer inquiries.
Communicate effectively with external partners and vendors involved in backend operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in backend operations or a similar role preferably in the hospitality or coliving
industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
