Role - Lead, Marketing Technologies (MarTech)
Introduction
KPMG is looking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused Marketing Technology experts for its growing MarTech practice. Our MarTech practice delivers solution on leading platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google and more.
Primary responsibility of this role is to drive the MarTech practice buildout.
Desired MarTech Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in solution design and implementation of MarTech solutions. Having experience in least 10-12 implementations of complex, high volume, enterprise-wide solution on Adobe, Salesforce or Other MarTech providers
- Experience in crafting digital marketing strategies, along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed to operationalize them, understanding of online marketing, tools, and related digital technologies
- Experience with one more leading MarTech Platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Cloud etc. including a good grasp of the use cases they fulfill and the features & capabilities they provide to execute on those.
- Has led strategy workshops, employed benchmarking capabilities, customer-journey mapping, value readiness and mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.
- Help narrow down problem statements for the client through research of client website, client interviews and industry insights
- Make recommendations based on analysis and industry driver to impact customer's digital strategy
- Good understanding of personalization and optimization programs on digital channels (primarily websites, mobile apps)
