Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining files. Additionally, they will be expected to exhibit excellent phone etiquette, possess exceptional communication skills, and ensure smooth operation flow. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skill Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus Applicants should demonstrate the ability to handle interruptions, take on multiple tasks at once, and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills are essential as the Executive Administrative Assistant frequently interacts with clients, vendors, and medical professionals.
