Location: Bangalore
Exp: 12years+ (5years In Team Handling)
Qualification: BE / MCA / B. Tech / M.Tech / MBA
Note: Candidate Should BE Ready To Travel Anywhere / Able To Relocate.
Job Details Responsiblities -
- Technical evalution of new implementations and integrations with fintech patners and TSPs for Alternative channels and co-branded products.Solutioning,architecting, planning and designing the implemntations. Proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
- Defining the programme's governance arrangements and provide the support for executing IT security,Auditing and network evaluation for the new implementations.
- Planning and execution of UAT, CUG and Go-Lives of new implementations with internal stack holders and Fintechs /TSPs. Providing post production support for thesee projects along with the team.
- Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams.
- Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's individual projects.
- Managing communications with all internal and external stakeholders
- Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects.
- Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome.
- Working with the business change manager or equivalent on the transition to the new business as usual position
Core Skills -
- Hands on experience on : Node JS, Spring Boot, Mango DB,Java, Cloud Concepts,AWS, Kubernets ,Kafka, Kong Gateway, Istio Gateway , GrayLog, Rest API and micro services developments.
- The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Management & Research Skills for Digital Strategy / Innovation / Business Models
- Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties
- Good knowledge of programme and project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2(external link opens in a new window / tab) ; PMP Certified.
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
