Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Making Calls and understand customerr financial goals and objectives.
2. Making Customer Understand About Our Product and conviece them to take the Policy With Us.
3. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
4. Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive sales and service efforts.
5. Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals and targets.
6. Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments, and product knowledge.
7. Providing expert advice on LIC IMF's diverse range of insurance and investment products.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in a voice process.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of financial products and services.
5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
6. Relevant educational background in finance or related field is a plus.
7. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
