It's a full-time paid internship for 6 months for select design mavericks looking at creating a top-class body of portfolio for themselves while working closely with a very experienced digital team. Ideal for those looking at a full-time opportunity after completion of 6 months of Internship.

The Graphic Designer Intern is responsible for providing support for the marketing department through various channels, digital, web, and other channels as assigned. The Graphic Design intern will assist with developing and designing graphics, logos, collateral event materials, and various other creative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Team Player
• Must have a high-end laptop suitable for graphic designing which they can carry with them for work.
• Creative and innovative mindset

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting marketing and communications manager with creative concepts and marketing collateral
• Editing Creatives, Images, and Videos for YouTube and all other social media platforms. Should be very good at video editing/video production.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Good knowledge of color and understanding of color theory
• Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers
• Understanding of graphic video making and editing

Tasks You Will Undergo Training To Become Experts:

• To create 1 Video Creative every day. After getting the initial training, you will have to ideate and create your own videos to promote our services on all our social media platforms
• To create social media collaterals for all our digital marketing platforms
• To create marketing collaterals like brochures/flyers/banners to market the franchise business opportunities of our different clients
• To create unique collaterals for our websites/blogs/articles as required by our content and web development teams.

Stipend

There is a fixed Stipend of ₹3000 PM Plus Additional Incentives based on your manager's Ratings and your performance. Select candidates will be absorbed as full-time designers into our teams.
