Job description

Job Position : Relationship Manager - Construction Finance

Location : Mumbai, Ahmedabad

Responsibilities :

- Implement sales plans and build strong relationships with developers and promoters to drive on-ground sales.

- Leverage existing developer bases and group relationships to increase fee-based income from real estate developers.

- Source timely and accurate market information to assist in decision-making regarding project viability.

- Ensure compliance with internal risk parameters and regulatory norms throughout the lending process.

- Monitor the health of customer accounts to minimize risk and potential delinquencies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
