Job Description
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead the identification and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and solutions to drive innovation across business units.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Change Management: Drive a culture of change and innovation, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and select technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation roles in Consulting/Financial Services/Internet organisations
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital initiatives.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
