Job Description

1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

2. Innovation Leadership: Lead the identification and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and solutions to drive innovation across business units.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital initiatives.

4. Change Management: Drive a culture of change and innovation, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.

5. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilization.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership.

8. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and select technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation roles in Consulting/Financial Services/Internet organisations
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital initiatives.
3. Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscape.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
