OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Identification & execution of various audit assignments for reducing risk at operations level as well as handling external auditors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Weightage |
This role is for RMD. RMD team conduct audits and QC activities of various process within operations, while audit coordination team handles various external audits namely Internal audit of various operational processes and Statutory audit coordination. Key Deliverables include Individual Contribution: - Conducting various audits for plugging loopholes in different processes at user-end to mitigate the risk of future operation losses/risk arising out of process gaps. Management requirements: -Ensuring that the requirements(defined and adhoc) sought by senior management are duly provided within time. Control Enhancement: - Developing new reports and evaluating the feasibility of the same for enhancing RMD's efficiency & channeling the saved man-hours towards more appropriate value added activities. Team management: - Managing the activities of RMD team, to ensure that their activities are conducted on time and in accordance with the process laid down in Standard Operating procedure. | 30 30 30 10 |
