Job Description

Profile:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Work with local and global leaders to develop sourcing and hiring strategy for the year. Develop budgets after considering end-to-end cost. Anticipate hiring needs and develop database of potential hire. Expand sourcing mix and drive DE&I Manage and develop online reputation, campus branding. Support the development of an Alumni database and engagement program. Support EPIC IP hiring outside India. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Manager to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and ensure a strong talent pipeline. Source and attract top-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain a robust candidate database by effectively utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Reporting Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights. Develop reporting systems/matrix. Maintain rejected candidate database.

Key Skills

Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing multiple agency relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelors or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or other human sciences.

Professional experience 4-5 years’ proven experience in hands-on recruitment (not including time as recruitment coordinator type roles) preferably within financial services, insurance or technology industries.
