We are seeking a knowledgeable and lead software professional to join our team,who possesses passion, great coding skills and can work in a fast-moving environment. The lead will facilitate requirement analysis, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks. The candidate should demonstrate a sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Dotnet technologies. Ultimately, a top-notch technical lead should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Performing requirement analysis.
Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
Conducting configuration of your own work.
Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
Work collaboratively with the design team to understand end-user requirements, to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features.
Guide and mentor team members
Requirements:
BE/BTech/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Extensive experience of least 8 to 12 years working in C#,DOtnet skills
Mandatory : C#,WPF,.NET Core, XML, Design Patterns, and technical documentation.
Nice to Have : Avalonia UI
