As a Proposal Coordinator, you work closely with and assist our senior proposal professionals in the planning, coordination, and delivery of opportunity deliverables. You will also be required to take on leading roles in smaller pursuits, qualification statements and letters of interest, with minimal guidance. Key functions of this role include knowledge management, client request analytics, client portal, coordination, document formatting and related support to Jacob's Growth & Sales Operations organization. You are expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and take ownership of the proposal/client deliverables related tasks that are assigned to you. You join opportunities to apply the process for developing win strategies through a process of consultation with key stakeholders and develop your ability to bringing the ideas of others to market. All members of our team are expected to be self-starters who develop creative solutions to tackle challenges are team players ready to support each other and have a vested interest in the success of Jacobs.
