Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CTO who will be responsible for leading our technical team and developing and implementing our IT strategy. The CTO will be based in Nashik, but some work from home is acceptable. The CTO will be responsible for managing the overall technology infrastructure, project management, architecture, and product development.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software development and project management
• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
• Expertise in technology architecture and product development
• Experience in leading a technical team and managing the overall technology infrastructure
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the mental health industry or medical technology is a plus
